You will begin your stay with a visit of the castle of Meung-sur-Loire, which was built between the 13th and the 17th centuries and where the bishops of Orléans once resided.

A landscape sculpted by the hands of men who draw its sweetest nectar! The Coteaux du Giennois (AOC appellation) are best viewed from above and should be tasted next to the talented wine growers.
Enjoy the day discovering a culinary theme: practise, learn the theory, exchange tips and recipes… (in English).
The chef of the « Auberge du Ciran », a professional trainer and advisor in nutrition, will share with you the secrets of her cooking! Her creative cuisine changes with the seasons and adapts to the natural products available locally. It also uses a range of products brought back into fashion: cereals, “forgotten” vegetables, various herbs and spices, seaweed, wild plants…
